I liked the double room with cutlery. The bedroom was comfortable. The staff was amicable. The location was easy. This place was NEWLY DECORATED in general with a very helpful and extremely friendly staff team. Newly renovated building, comfortable location near the rail station, and the Botanical garden and the train station. Really lovely stay, as always.

The hotel has an excellent and convenient location, being near the train station and close to the town center. the staff was kind in giving a luggage locker and allowing for early check-out. However, the automated check-in system should be updated with new information for a smoother stay.
The room was not up to standards expected in a hotel, with dust on the windowsill, soap scum in the shower, and a dirty toilet bowl. The toilet seat also did not fit properly.

It had very central location close to Seminar a & B. We got a room with a bathtub. The employees were fast and supportive.
Facilities were clean, however Wi-Fi was very poor.
